Welcome to my website— I am a licensed therapist seeing adult clients in-person in Columbia, SC or through telehealth/online sessions for clients in SC or NC. In addition to treating anxiety & depression, helping clients cope with life transitions & cultivate healthier relationships, I specialize in trauma healing and provide EMDR therapy as part of this work. EMDR helps people process and move forward when difficult or traumatic events from the past continue to impact them negatively in the present. We can also use EMDR to take positive experiences and enhance their impact in a way that allows clients to feel calmer, more positive or grounded, or experience a fuller sense of well being. In SC I am in-network with:

In NC I am in-network with:

If I am in-network with your insurance company, you can email me with your insurance information and my team will verify your benefits and obtain an estimate for what counseling will cost you with your policy.

If I am out-of-network with your insurance company, or if you prefer not to use insurance, my rates are $175 for the first/initial session and $150 for subsequent sessions. You can also call your insurance company to find out if you have out of network benefits on your policy and how to get reimbursed from your insurance company directly if you do have those benefits.
